You may turn right in the direction of the arrow; straight ahead still waits.

What it means
What does a green right turn arrow mean in NSW?
Two signal heads stand side by side. The left one shows a red round light at the top, while the right one shows a green arrow pointing right at the bottom, glowing on dark glass. The arrow lets you turn right the way it points. Traffic going straight is still held by the red round light, so only the right turn may go. Keep watching for anyone who has not stopped.
What to do
1
Check the arrow belongs to your lane before you move.
2
Turn right in the direction the arrow points.
3
Watch for a driver or walker who has not stopped.

Common questions
What does a green right arrow mean?
It lets you make the right turn it points to, and nothing else, so straight ahead still waits.
Can I go straight when the right arrow is green and the light is red?
No. Only right turns may go, and straight through traffic waits for its own green.
