What it means
Giving way at a T-intersection: what is the rule?
Seen from above, a side road runs up from the bottom and stops at a road crossing left to right. The yellow car waits at the end of the side road, behind a give way line and sign, wanting to turn right. A white car is coming along the through road from its right. The yellow car goes second, because the road it is on ends here.
What to do
1
On the ending road, give way to traffic on the through road from both directions.
2
Wait for a gap big enough to complete the whole turn.
3
On the through road, still watch for a driver pulling out late.
